What do I need to rent a scooter?+

A passport or ID card, a credit card for the deposit, and a driving licence valid in Spain (A, A1, A2, B or an international licence). We also require previous experience riding a motorcycle or scooter, a minimum age of 21, and at least 3 years' seniority on a car licence, or a specific 125cc licence.

What about renting a bike or e-scooter?+

Just a passport or ID card and a credit card for the deposit — no driving licence needed.

Can I bring a passenger?+

Yes — up to 2 people on a scooter (passenger must be at least 12 years old) and 1 person on an electric scooter. We don't provide children's helmets.

What happens if I return the vehicle late?+

You get a 30-minute grace period. After that, an extra day's rental plus a €50 penalty is charged for each day of delay.

Can I cancel my booking?+

Yes. Cancelling 48h or more in advance gets you a refund minus a 10% admin fee. Less than 48h in advance, or a no-show, means no refund.

What does the insurance cover?+

Third-party liability is always included in the price. On top of that, you can choose a damage-liability reduction that lowers the deposit — the details differ between scooters and bikes/e-scooters, see our terms and conditions. No insurance covers theft or personal injury.

Where can I ride?+

Only on the island of Mallorca, and only on paved roads. 125cc scooters can use motorways and regular roads; bikes and e-scooters must use shoulders, bike lanes or service roads.

How do I pay?+

You can pay directly on the website by credit card when you book. You can also pay at the office when you pick up the vehicle, by cash or card, both the deposit and the rental price.

What if I have a breakdown?+

We provide 24h roadside assistance, free of charge for mechanical breakdowns not caused by the customer. If the breakdown is due to misuse, a callout fee is charged (€50 in Playa de Muro, €95 elsewhere) plus the repair cost.

Is there a mileage limit?+

No, mileage is unlimited under normal use. A €0.20/km surcharge only applies if abusive use or paid transport is detected beyond certain limits.

Do I need to return the scooter with a full tank?+

Yes — it's handed over and must be returned with a full tank, with the fuel receipt as proof. Otherwise, an estimated refuelling cost (minimum €5) plus a €10 service fee is charged.
